1. Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Certain items such as accessories items. cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Process for Exchanges
• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at info@spun-eg.com with your order number and details of the exchange request.
• Once we receive your request, we will confirm the availability of the new item and provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
• Note: Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Process for Refunds
• To initiate a return, please email us at info@spun-eg.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
• If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will cover the shipping costs for returns and ensure the correct item is sent to you.
5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Final Sale Items
• Please note that items marked as Sale” can be returned or exchanged within 48 hours only.
